The Ego likes for us to stay safe and comfortable; there is only so much we can achieve, and we probably don't deserve it anyway. It's easy to see what "they" have that we don't have. We avoid taking risks and become stuck in a place where there is no growth. What if we can learn a different way to approach life, from an authenticity, allowing ourselves to be who we truly are with no shame, guilt, fear, or worry about what others think of us? Is it even possible in this world of social media and cancel culture?
